Royal jelly explained simply: Royal jelly is also called queen food juice or royal jelly and is a secretion of the pharyngeal glands secreted by worker bees. It is the queen bee's only food during her entire life. The exact composition of royal jelly has not yet been fully deciphered, but we do know that it contains a wealth of valuable ingredients. In addition to about 70 percent water, proteins, sugar compounds, fats, valuable amino acids, vitamins (entire B-complex), minerals and antibacterial substances have been found.
